Annual Meeting

The Annual Membership meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 28, at 5:00 p.m. at the Corporate Office at 1717 Western Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio. There will be no new business to come before the membership. The agenda includes the election of directors and the presentation of standard reports.

Open Seats for Candidacy

Two (2) seats are open for election to the Board of Directors, each with a three (3) year term. In accordance with our code of regulations, the Board of Directors appointed a Nominating Committee that has put forth two names of eligible candidates to fill the vacancies, one for each seat.
